In principle, we only process our users’ personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Contact and demo form
When you contact us via the demo or partner form, the data you provide (name, company, email address, optionally phone number and your message) is processed for the purpose of handling your request. Sending is carried out via the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc.) as a processor.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Hosting and server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type) in server log files. This serves operational security and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
5. Local storage (brand color)
The brand color you select is stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage) in order to restore your choice on your next visit. This data is not transmitted to us.
